David comes with over 20 years of classroom evidenced based teaching and leadership experience. He has worked in leading schools both in the UK and South East Asia. David has gained an MA in International Leadership & Management with a focus on effective data implementation, He is a qualified ILM coach in the workplace and certified through the Positive School of Transformation as a Positive Psychology Practitioner. His approach to leadership inside and outside of the classroom are rooted in Positive Education practices.
