#FLS2021
The FLS is a brand new immersive and interactive online experience. This will consist of engaging virtual keynotes and practical interactive sessions to inspire students, families and educators from the comfort of their own homes. Come and take part…
Josh will explore how magicians create seemingly impossible feats and how this can be applied in the classroom and in our own creative pursuits. His keynote explores the techniques underpinning his work, such as the guiding of attention; the framing of perception; and the staging of surprises. Josh is also going to mystify us along the way with some of his signature illusions.
Alice Chiaverini and Marc Parodi are Kiz! A French band who specialise in creating contemporary music with everyday sounds. They will compose a song in real-time during the Future Learning Summit from sounds captured from everyday objects submitted by the audience. They will demonstrate how they layer sounds, create beats and loops to produce a unique composition. The FLS theme song will be played out live at the end of the Summit.
Ben Walden is an English actor and director of Contender Charlie, an organisation that encourages young people to explore their emotional and creative potential. Ben will use the power of storytelling and mythology to develop attributes such as leadership, self-confidence and problem-solving. This will be an engaging and interactive session where you will feel empowered to face the challenges of the modern world.
