Hi/Hola/Salut! I can’t believe that this is my 6th year of teaching languages here at Saint Chris – how time flies! And that’s why I think it’s important to appreciate living in the moment and reflecting on what’s happening right now. Mindfulness is something that I started researching while I was Head of Year 11, as I wanted to help students to manage the stress of their GCSEs. Meditation and affirmations are now something that I practise regularly myself and encourage all people to give a go!
